Vice President Product Manager G3

Lead the modernization and strategic development of G3 healthcare products, driving innovation, market alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aim of the position:

The Vice President Product Manager G3 is mainly responsible for Ambulatory Information Systems (AIS) G3 products portfolio, with the mission to modernize the current products, accelerating the transition from G2 to G3 products, and improve the customer's satisfaction. G3 solution is based on a cloud-based and innovative platform.

Reporting directly to the AIS Europe Senior Product Manager, is responsible for the product vision, translating it to the product strategy and to define and shape the product roadmap to meet the customer needs. He is also responsible that the product is seamless integrated into the overall product portfolio and that the product vision and strategy is compliant with the overall organizational goals.

Main stakeholders are AIS Europe Product House Manager, other countrie's VP Product Managers and key roles (sales, marketing, support) of all served countries.

Main tasks of the position:
  • Medium to long term strategy and roadmap definition
  • Ownership of the program backlog
  • Cross-country platform-related strategy definition
  • Country-specific practice (e.g. invoicing, agenda) and patient-related (e.g. clinical data) strategy definition
  • Prioritization based on the inputs of the different markets
  • Constant communication with Sales, Marketing, and Stakeholders about features and roadmap changes
Educational background:
  • BSc/MSc degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field is required.
Professional experience:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management with a focus on healthcare or technology industries.
  • Prior experience in innovative healthcare IT companies is highly desirable and will be considered a plus.
Job specific requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Ambulatory Information Systems (AIS) or related healthcare IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market needs.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Good understanding of cloud-based technologies.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
