Job Summary:

The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Panel is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities regarding Healthcare Panel(s) - externally with clients and B2B Customers as well as internally with our software development-, marketing- and sales teams.

This role involves organizing and controlling recruitment and activations of panel participants and data deliveries, guiding and supporting physicians in software modules within the physician information system, and overseeing technical issues and program modifications. Furthermore, the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Panel will be responsible for building up the panel following a sampling plan, quality assurance, panelist recruitment among existing AIS customers and managing churn of panel participants.

The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Panel will also hire, lead and develop a team responsible for onboarding, servicing and supporting the participants of the Healthcare Panel(s). This also includes the direct management of an external nearshore call center in charge of recruiting panelist among CGM customers (ie doctors, both GPs and specialist).

Your Responsibilities:
  • Management and organization of the Healthcare Panel - team, as well as responsibility for achieving company goals (e.g. solution time to market, panelist acquisition among existing CGM customers).
  • Management of relations with B2B Partners, including presenting project status at monthly steering committee meetings
  • Leadership, motivation, and development of the Healthcare Panel project team
  • Planning, monitoring, and optimizing workflows and processes
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators and creating reports for performance monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Close collaboration with other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Completed education or degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, communication, or a comparable field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex software and customers project, ideally holding a project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2).
  • Experience as well as strong appetite for management of sales process and teams.
  • Ideally, proven success in team leadership and development.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as high social competence
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize complex processes
  • Goal-oriented and structured working style.
  • Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken; Very good English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center-specific software solutions
  • Good knowledge of the French Healthcare system is an advantage.
