With our help businesses accelerate their hiring process, professionals generate income, while top talent make rewarding careers. We do not act as an employment agency, or any other type of agent, by providing this platform. We provide this platform solely as an independent contractor and do not have the authority to act or make employment decisions on behalf of employers or candidates. Nothing in these Policy or on the platform should be construed as creating an agency relationship between us and employers.

Moreover, we always oblige professionals to share the candidates' data with us only based on the candidates' explicit consent to such transfer and further processing of the said data as described herein. Consequently, the professional who has provided us with your data is responsible for having received your consent. NOTE: if you are a professional, please, make sure to get the candidate's consent before sharing his/her/their personal data with us. The candidate's consent should be explicit, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous and cover transferring of the candidate's personal data to us and employers (who should be defined) and the processing of the candidate's personal data by us and these employers according to this Privacy Policy. In case of any requests regarding the compliance of processing the candidates' personal data, you should be able to demonstrate appropriate evidence of the candidates' consent upon request.
