You will prepare and maintain technical
documents, including software, platform API, system
operations and user documentation, for internal and/or external use.
You will meet with subject-matter experts
to independently gather information and to ensure
specialized topics are appropriately addressed and documented.
You will collaborate with other teams to
obtain an in-depth understanding of the platform and the
documentation requirements.
You will contribute to create appropriate
reference materials to help customer support, partners and
marketing teams.
Determine the clearest way to present
information for greatest reader comprehension.

Qualifications:
3+ years of prior experience in technical
writing of software documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business or
Engineering.
Exceptional verbal, written, and
presentation skills in English and ideally one more language: French,
Italian or German.
Proven ability to quickly learn and
understand complex topics.
Ability to check all technical material
for consistency and accuracy.
Familiarity with Agile principles and
software development.
Knowledge of the digital health domain is
a plus.
Immaculate interpersonal skills combined
with a sense for negotiation and leadership.
