Key Responsibilities

Manage product bug investigations, support audits, ensure proper releases, implement corrective actions, and collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to meet deadlines and maintain updated customer complaint monitoring systems.

  • Investigate and manage product bugs assessment and follow-up with product owners to improve their performances
  • Support the product audit management process
  • Ensure that the product is appropriately released
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain a close working collaboration with product owners and development team members
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines
  • Ensure that the monitoring system for customers and complaints is updated

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in SQL with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, basic UI design knowledge, and a keen interest in IT, complemented by fluent English communication skills.

  • Knowledge of SQL (C# would be a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skills
  • Basic knowledge of UI design
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong interest in Information Technology
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in QA engineering

Nice to Have

Experienced in Agile environments with Scrum and Kanban, performance testing, and automated desktop application testing, with a background in development and familiarity with DevOps tools.

  • Working experience in Agile environment with Scrum & Kanban method
  • Previous experience as a developer
  • Experience in performance testing with relevant tools like Load Impact
  • Good to have knowledge of DevOps tools
  • Automated tests on Desktop applications
