Your Contribution:

• As a Data Scientist, you will evaluate data sources and programmatically prepare enrich, and normalize longitudinal patient data.
• You will ensure the continuous optimization of data quality and actively support the development and enhancement of both internal and external databases and data structures.
• You will apply machine learning and AI methods to optimize data processing workflows and develop, for example, predictive models for identifying risk factors.
• You will perform highly complex data analyses and projects in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and present your analysis results to various target groups.

Qualifications:

• Degree in (Medical) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• An agile mindset along with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation, combined with a passion for data-driven innovations in healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of Python and experience with databases and data processing tools (e.g., SQL/NoSQL, Pandas, Jupyter).
• Practical experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn for developing ML and AI models.
• [Scientist:] 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of Data Science with a focus on health data.
• [Senior Scientist:] At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of Data Science with a focus on health data.
• Advanced English skills in spoken and written (minimum C1); German skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
