Your Contribution:

• As a Data Analyst, you will evaluate data sources, prepare, enrich, and normalize data using Python, and continuously optimize data quality.
• You will also support the development and enhancement of our internal databases and data structures.
• You will analyze structured and unstructured data from a variety of healthcare sources.
• By creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, you will translate the requirements of internal and external stakeholders into the world of data.

Qualifications:

• A completed degree in (medical) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• An agile mindset and a passion for data analysis.
• Experience with Python, Pandas, and SQL is essential; experience with Elasticsearch (or comparable NoSQL databases) and PowerBI is an advantage.
• [Analyst:] 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally working with healthcare data.
• [Senior Analyst:] At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally working with healthcare data.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
